Shipping policy

Since the proper handling of the works of art is important to us, we do not commit ourselves to adhere to the estimated delivery time.

Shipping, including special packaging and insurance, is based on the usual conditions of the shipping service provider. We reserve the right to correct the shipping costs even after ordering. You can cancel the order within the framework of the right of withdrawal. If not specified, you will receive the shipping costs in a non-binding offer.

For customs or import fees for deliveries of goods outside of Germany, we cannot influence the fees charged by the recipient countries and we cannot notify them in advance. The customs regulations of the recipient countries are not standardized. If you need more detailed information on this, please contact the customs office responsible for your region. Please note that you have to comply with the respective national regulations when importing goods.
